All float sessions are by appointment only. If it’s your first time floating at puREST, please arrive 15 minutes early. For 90 minute floats, we must start the session promptly at your scheduled time. If you are late, you will not be able to do the full 90 minutes. Note for scheduling: All 4 float rooms are designed the same.
We respectively ask that you give a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand unforeseen situations occur so each person will be allowed one late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show without penalty. After that, either a $30 fee will be charged or a float deducted from your account.
We ask that all new and current clients supply a Credit Card to have on file. We accept all major Credit Cards. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, a fee of $30 will be charged to your Card, or a float deducted from your account.
